055A Calibrating Head:
A special satellite style grinding head equipped with 6 grinding tools for uniform honing/grinding of tiles of different sizes. It consists of a ductile iron rotating housing, which is equipped with 6 grinding wheels fixed on special anti-corrosion brackets. The internal gears, bearings, and all other mechanisms are immersed in an oil bath and equipped with long-life, heat-resistant seals. The motor drive provides working power. The fixed flange only needs to withstand torque reaction force and does not need to be rigidly connected to the body. The significant feature of these grinding heads is their special internal vibration reduction system, which can uniformly polish tiles even if the surface curvature is large. In addition, the shaft can deviate from the rotational axis of the grinding head, making it easier for the grinding wheel to remove and precision machine materials during the machining process. The grinding head should be installed on a honing machine with back pressure function.
